Show off your wit by entering the COH cartoon caption contest.

If your caption is a finalist, it will be put to a vote by our readers in the next issue of City Savvy. The winner will receive a framed version of the cartoon with the caption printed on it.

Only one entry per person per month is allowed. Participation in the contest is limited to City of Houston employees only. Only valid COH work emails allowed. All others will be deleted if submitted. Only one win per person, per calendar year is permitted.
