CityFit Spring schedule

Looking for a quick energy boost to beat that mid-day slump? Our FREE virtual CityFit classes can be the perfect solution. Live classes ranging from 15-30 min are held between noon and 2 p.m. for a convenient lunchtime workout or after business hours at 6 p.m.

The CityFit classes offer something for everyone at every level including a 15 Minute “At Your Desk” Workout, Yoga, Virtual Cardio/Strength Workout, and an in-person and virtual Line Dance class!

Find some movement and get your blood pumping right from your desk, the comfort of your home, or in person!

All classes are free, but registration is required. We know sometimes things come up; if you register and miss class, you may access the workout on-demand for up to 72 hours after the scheduled class.

So get up, get moving, and stay active with the Wellness Team’s CityFit classes!

15 Minute At-Your-Desk-Workout

Virtual LIne Dance

cardioHave fun and move with the music with Line Dance! Line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps. These low-impact dance steps are fun and safe for all ages. This form of exercise is a fun, low-impact interval cardiovascular workout with easy-to-follow choreography that keeps you moving to raise your heart rate. Our instructor will practice the moves with you, dance with you, and keep you engaged for 30 minutes—you may even add water bottles to the mix for an extra burn! From Pop to nightclub rhythms to Latin flavor and R&B, there is something for everyone! (30 minutes)

Chair Yoga

chair yogaChair yoga deepens flexibility, increases range of motion, and strengthens personal body awareness. Chair yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through this amazing form of adaptive exercise.
You are supported by a chair so you can receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits. Yoga relaxes your body and mind, improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevates your overall health and well-being.

line dancingOur instructor will guide you through class with dynamic, powerful and safe exercises to improve your cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and muscular endurance by using body weight exercises and a set of light and heavy dumbbells.
