Why should a City of Houston employee give to your organization?

By supporting us, City of Houston Employee’s not only contribute to educational equity and social justice but also help transform the lives of underrepresented youth. This ripple effect extends beyond individual students, strengthening entire communities by providing greater access to education and economic opportunities. Sponsors can expect measurable results, positive brand impact, and the satisfaction of empowering the next generation of leaders and change-makers. Their involvement aids our long-term sustainability, ensuring continued impact and growth, ultimately fostering a brighter, more inclusive future for communities we serve.

What is something unique about your agency?

One unique aspect of WYF is the investments we are making in our groundbreaking Youth Life Accelerator App. This innovative digital chatbot app for youth powered by advanced AI technologies, sets us apart in our mission to empower and prepare underrepresented youth. The app offers a comprehensive suite of life-enhancing tools, including smart goal tracking, early career exploration, gamified quests, life canvas creation, vision board building, and more. It not only equips young people with essential career skills but also fosters personal growth and empowerment. Through this app, we're able to leapfrog the next generation of underrepresented youth into a future filled with opportunities, setting us apart as a leader in youth development and education.
